Everyone here is courteous. I have extreme dental anxiety and my hygienist was wonderful. She discussed my issues with me and was very patient with my procedure, taking steps to minimize my anxiety. Overall great experience. I'd mention her by name but I don't remember names very well. It is an unusual name, but she's fantastic.

I recently had an exam here with a new dentist, and less than 24 hours later, my filling completely fell out, leaving a large, open hole in my tooth. What was even more disappointing was the lack of urgency when I reached out for help. Despite the clear discomfort and risk of infection from an open tooth, the office staff refused to treat it as an emergency and attempted to delay my follow-up for a full week.
