Came in for a simple cleaning. Was examine and told l needed a deep cleaning. I explained to them that my insurance would not cover or pay for a deep cleaning and could they please just do a simple cleaning for today. l was told they would not do a simple cleaning which what my insurance would pay for or cover. Just don't understand what would a simple cleaning would have hurt until I could get my deep cleaning from the VA. Everyone is so sweet and professional. I felt seen, supported, and cared for through every step of the process. I am a huge baby and probably such an annoying patient, but everyone was super reassuring. I’ve never once felt judged or belittled in this office. Scheduling is fast and efficient, the office is clean and well-maintained, and I can’t commend the staff enough. Special shout out to the office manager for being a quick problem solver 🫶
