The dentist removed a tooth I felt everything he didn't make sure it was numb wouldn't go there again the pain was terrible I had tears coming down my face he should not b allowed to practice period. This is the one on east side said he's the owner
This place is awful. They over charged me $700 . It took me 5 months to get my money back. Had a root canal and crown . I had to back 3 times after the procedure to get them to fix it . They started to to numb the wrong side of my mouth....when I questioned it, they said they thought they did the canal on a different tooth. 2 years later, I have to go back to get the crown fixed again for the 3rd time. the dentist made sure my dentures were perfect before letting me leave. Update: dentures broke in half. have 5yr warranty I called and was told to come in Monday. 5 days away! then I go in Monday and I am told I voided my warranty when I glued them together. well maybe if u hadn't made me wait a week to fix them I wouldn't have been forced to glue them. was I supposed to go with no teeth? so they say they can't help me and send me on my way. so now I'm out 1850$ I paid just for the denture and it's broke in half. thanks for ... read more
Very unsatisfied. I've paid for my dentures. And have not received the permanent set that was included in this price. I've made several calls with no reply. I do believe a lawyer is the next step. This is theft I would imagine.
Waited over 3 months for a cleaning just to show up at the office with a sign on the door saying they are no longer seeing patients at the west side a location. I called the east side office and I was not on their schedule. Aspen never called, emailed, or texted to let me know my appointment was canceled and I took off from work for this appointment.
