They don’t unlock their door on time for opening hours. Not efficient with having five 8:00am appointments. Was my first time there. Waited for over 15 minutes without even being handed the “questionnaire” in the waiting room, which I know they do for new patients. I shamelessly walked out. My wife cancelled her subscription and won’t be returning either, she wasn’t impressed in her previous visits anyway. Stop patronizing businesses that don’t care about their clients!
