I went to this office after 4 years of a dental hideous. It's always so intimidating going to a new dentist especially since I had never gone as a child. Then mental health issues and surgery that made me completely abandon any self care for almost a year to say the least I was very nervous. My gag is very bad then thinking about it makes it worse and I get myself all worked up. Everyone was so nice and accommodating with me. I recommend this place wholeheartedly
Made it sound like what I was having done was covered under insurance. They did x-rays on the first visit. When I was there for dental cleaning they could not find them and had to do x-rays again while sitting in the chair. Did get one phone call about a balance on my account. Called immediately and was informed it was zero. Several months later did get something stating I was being turned over to collection for an outstanding bill. It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned here and they were really nice and made me feel comfortable. (^‿^) I recommend it!
My visit was great today. Erica and Dr. B were very professional, and they took care of me.
