Won’t give you right price and charge you with all kinds of services, very unprofessional
I would NOT recommend Aspen Dental. When I first walked in, everyone was all smiles, friendly, and made me feel like I mattered. Unfortunately, that changed very quickly. I was very specific about what I needed help with. Instead, I was presented with a treatment plan costing around $5,000. After reading other reviews, I was shocked to see other patients saying they had the same experience and also costing EXACTLY $5,000. Evidently this is the amount they think most people will pay. I would not recommend Aspen Dental to anyone, including my own family. My experience was extremely frustrating. I was initially given what I was later told was only an “estimate” for the cost of my dental work. I needed multiple fillings, and they began the work, but only completed part of what needed to be done. Then, before finishing the rest of the treatment, I was told I needed to pay an additional copayment. That is my biggest problem with this experience. Each person I saw was kind and thoughtful, and everything was explained to me as it happened. They met my needs wonderfully faster than I thought. And I look forward to using them for my dental health in the future.
