Do not go to this location. I went for an initial appointment last month. They messed up my appointment time, was never seen by a hygienist, & the dentist was not understanding or empathetic in the slightest. Needed another procedure done and asked for a medication to take before hand as I have severe anxiety of the dentist and was told that doesn’t exist even though I have had that done at another location. Went all the way to Cartersville to sign the consent form just to be told that it transfers over. Here we are the day ... read more
Worst experience ever . 3hours of exams , in the meanwhile the lost my teeth and told me they also cannot fix it . Now i dont have teeth lol. You gonna hear from my lawyer i promise that.

Beautiful, friendly staff—heaven sent! Starting with Keria, who helped me tremendously, since I had to come from out of town to be seen today. She was extremely patient, friendly, and polite throughout all of our interactions. I appreciate her so much. Equally important, the staff at this location were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Special shout out to my dental (x-ray) tech, Kerriel, who was so gentle and respectful.
