I had a tooth fall out in my lower denture and was frantically trying to get it repaired and was told I may have to wait a week for a repair then a good friend of mine said his wife worked at the aspen dental located on Erie Blvd and that she told me to go in at 8am the next day and I would be taken care of. So thank-you so much Zaiomy,Tara and Donna! If it weren't for you guys I would have had the worst weekend. All fixed an smoking again!!
At the first phone call I was welcomed with a friendly and attentive representative who was very empathetic and wanted to help me with care. In the office, I was greeted with friendly smiles and positive energy. This is the first time I have had an excellent experience with any dental office. The dental assistant who took care of me at first was very caring and friendly so much that my anxiety dropped and I had a great experience. Dental hygienist Amanda performed gingivitis treatment/scaling on all quads, which did not hurt. She did a good job and was pleasant to talk to. I was given a cordless electronic operated toothbrush and waterpic made by Philips. Susan is a consultant for treatment planning and has a very pleasant, friendly, and polite. Not everything is covered by Dental Insurance as there can be some unexpected additional fees depending on the procedure done. I have 2 more appointments at Aspen as they will be with the Doctors.
