For four weeks, I tried to get my payment information update with my new insurance that would be due on the day of service. I was promised three times they would call back later that day. Never heard back. On day of treatment I was given local injectable anesthesia and the doctor started working on my teeth that needed a crown/ cap. Both he and the hygienist left for probably 75-80 minutes with no explanation and I sat there and waited. And waited. They were late on the appointment even though I was the only one there. Put me in the wrong room to start, left someone else's x-rays on the monitor. I all wanted was a new set of dentures. I don't want a plan for oral care. Way to many steps involved in your processes such as c scan and a 3d scanner and don't even use it you still have to do a bite impression before they can make it. What should have been handled in one or two visits max was turning into multiple visits before you even make them. You are way over priced and... read more

The staff is amazing at what they do and they take such care of you from the moment you walk in. I’ll be seeing them soon again to finish fixing up my smile

I tried to be discreet. I tried twice to enter this comment in the "Contact Directly". Each time a reply "Flew th Coop", would show and my comment disappeared. I give 10 stars to the Daytona Beach Aspen Dental. The one star is for the personal in the Lakeland office, who knew that I relocated and agreed to pay my bill in full when I reschedule. They charged me $39 collection fee. As if I received work and didn't pay. I was supposed to have received a cleaning. Not! Like I stated. Daytona Beach doctor and staff were on point.... read more
