My brother’s bottom denture broke in two pieces and he is hearing impaired. While in the waiting room, another patient came in and was quite challenging to handle, but Krystalyn, the receptionist was so sweet and handled the patient with so much respect. She and the whole staff were so kind and patient with my brother. After the visit, we were discussing plans for new dentures when a scheduling conflict came up. We had to come back for 3 more visits and I had to miss work so Brandee, took it on her own to work out a solution... read more
