The entire team is so friendly and helpful including Krystalyn, Andrea, Megan, Kimber, Jasmine and of course the ring leader of them all, Brandee. <don't forget the double ee's ! Professional and kind staff
Just to update my original review, I have been a cancer patient and as a result my ability to eat right is imperative to help me stay healthy. I began working with them about a week ago and after explaining my situation to Brandee, they have done everything they could, and then some. My experience, up to now has been pleasant and positive. I would encourage you to stay away, there are plenty better options in Crossville. You can tell they are a Chain and truly do not care. Front desk experience made me scared of the doctor going anywhere near my teeth
I'm terrified of dentists and the care and patience they provided was above and beyond. The assistant, Andrea, was extremely kind and understanding of my fears. She walked me through everything and I'll be requesting her every time I come here. Grateful for this team!
