I came here to get my wisdom teeth taken out and the nurses and my Dr were so sweet i appreciate the kindness!
Please go anywhere but here. I have been waiting 3 years for a smile and 10,000 dollars later my denture snapped in half 2 different time. Cheap material Thought I would share my experience with Aspen. The date is 2.26.27 and back at Aspen dental for repair again my denture snapped in 2 piece and at this point I expected no different. Its just so hard for these break happen while im at work.
Will cancel your appointment twice then ask you to reschedule months out.
Today is the second “day of “ cancellation. This is the second “next available” is 45-60 days away. I was told it was important that I be seen again in a timely fashion. My original appointment was in December and the best they can do is April 28th? Do yourself a favor and find an organization that can manage their client list in reasonable timeframes.
My tooth extraction went ok but several days later when I started experiencing significant pain I couldn’t reach anyone by phone at the dentist office and they never returned my calls . After several days I drove to the office and they said the soonest they could get me in was the next week. All they would give me for the pain was a prescription for ibuprofen.
