I'm in love with everyone in this office. Because I felt heard, everyone was so professional, efficient and effective. I am soooo Grateful to have found a dentist office that talks to me like a person. I love the throughness of the hi-tech xrays and I most appreciate the time each of the staff that took time to explain everything in terms that I understood. I walked out of the office with a rekindle hope that my smile will be restored. Yay!!! I'm HAPPY
Love the staff and location in Placerville but did not like the Citrus Heights office very late and said my teeth had cracks and deep pockets! The Placerville dentist said my teeth and gums looked great?! I have now changed dentists
I made an appointment 1 month in advance. They called me the morning of my appointment to cancel. I took the day off work and due to the nature of my job, I lose hundreds of dollars when I am not there. I will now need to take a second day off and might even need a more expensive treatment done as I might need a deep cleaning rather then a maintenance. This really messed me up.
