Never been here but I’ve heard horrible things. I made an appointment and I’m not showing up to it now. I’ve heard everything from outrageous prices and dentists trying to push unnecessary work. Also don’t call me at 7 in the morning on a Saturday telling me my appointment is on Monday and that I need to confirm it…. Should have done that yesterday (Friday)
After scheduling my 12 year old, I get a call the day of our dental appointment—only for some girl on the other line to tell me that “the doctor doesn’t work on people under 15.” Nothing else. Feels like the twilight zone. Nothing was professional about this place from the start of my experience with them to now. I’m just so perplexed at how they don’t hire mature adults with a clue over what’s going on or how to maturely communicate with patients. This place has red flags all over it.
I haven’t got my dentures yet I went for my consultation and I was made to feel very welcome Mikala(sp) went above and beyond answering our questions and giving advice about what to expect. I feel good in their hands that we will be very happy with the results
I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentist in the past since I was young to the present. I have a bad gag reflex and a lot of dentist do not want to deal with me. Some say I can control it but I can't. The staff at Aspen Dental have been patient with me and Dr. McQueen more so when looking in my mouth and giving me time if I feel like I'm going to gag.
