I’m in Cincinnati visiting from TX and had a tooth issue. They got me in the next AM and took care of the issue with no problems. Kind staff who are also very knowledgeable about their craft.
I recently contacted the Aspen Dental using the number provided on the Cincinnati OH - Eastgate website. I was transferred to a scheduling call center agent, and I had one simple question, "Does Aspen accept my insurance?" but instead of being able to answer the question, the agent wanted me to take time to schedule an appointment, fill out paperwork, etc. instead of answering the question. Horrible experience. Made an emergency appt due to a filling coming out and tooth becoming sensitive, leaving out of town the next day for 10 days. Got there 10 mins before my appt but still took 45 minutes to take me back. Then sat in chair for another 25 mins before dentist came in and looked at my tooth and said it was an easy fix. Sat for another 20 mins before a lady from billing came back and said they couldn’t get to me today bc they were closing. Had the nerve to want me to make another appt.
