Aspen Dental in Cicero was clean, the front staff were friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. The dental assistant was so efficient and professional and then I met Tracy, the dental hygienist who was amazing! Between her and her assistant they explained everything to me and gave me instructions and information that my last dentist should have been treating me a long time ago!! Before making an appointment I verified if they take my dental insurance which they said they did. After taking X-rays and going thru all the procedures I’m have to take. They going to tell me they don’t accept it. Wasted my time and money.
Def money hungry! Did individual picture X-rays in addition to pan…. So ridiculous as I’ve never had that in my life(im a healthy individual) if it wasn’t covered by insurance I’d be livid. Overall good interactions.. the nicest person I talked to was the finance lady at the end. Dentist seems okay but it’s silly that you have to get X-rays in 1 appointment then schedule a cleaning for another?? That’s how big companies like this go, I will say I got in fast so that’s a plus.
