My husband recently went in for an estimate for dentures. He came home talking about how incredibly kind and welcoming the staff were. He said everyone was so friendly and made him feel genuinely comfortable during what is already a vulnerable and emotional process. Unfortunately, that comfort didn’t last long. New patient appointment was five stars all the way. Dr Matt has a strong team in Nikia and Bre and Darin. Great chair manner and a solid experience even in the midst of a busy day.
I went in to get my new permanent teeth. They were supposed to be a better fit and smaller than the temporary ones. They look like they were made for a giant man. I'm a woman. I could hardly even get them in my mouth. We'll see how the next try goes. I left those ugly things right there in that office. Maybe they can find a giant to wear them.
The staff was very nice helpful dental assistants were extremely nice and helpful I would say my experience was a 10 out 10 Even the Financial person Nikia was very helpful to me she made the process easy for me.
