Very dissatisfied with our experience at Aspen dental of Lake Charles. My husband needed some dental work done. He was going to have to do multiple appointments, he paid for the work upfront. After looking at other options he decided to go a different route. We have a 700 credit that we have been trying to get back for 3 months!!!! He called several times and got the "run around" if you do decide to use this office DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE FOR ANYTHING.
I have a horrible tooth ache ... My whole face is swollen called and made appointment for 5 20 then when I get here they say I have no appointment .. Don't ever use this place they do not care about there patients
