Beware DO NOT GO HERE!! I took my brother here because he was in severe pain from what appeared to be a jaw infection. During his visit, we were told that pain medication and antibiotics would be called into the pharmacy. When we arrived at the pharmacy, we found that no prescriptions had been sent. We immediately called the office, but it had already closed, so we contacted the emergency line. We were told a doctor would call us back within two hours. No one ever called. The recommended procedure with codes D4381 and D4921 isn’t covered by my insurance policy. Hence upon asking for a lesser procedure (D4341), I was told by office personnel that codes aren’t changed for insurance coverage which is a dummied down response to what I’m requesting. In as much as I appreciate the level of professionalism of all employees at the Cville VÁ Aspen dental office, it’s my mouth and my money. Update - After multiple rescheduled appointments and long waits almost every time I came in, I still have pain. Got an appt for first thing the day after I called but waited 30 mins and then am told you'll need a referral. Can they not determine whether a root canal is needed here? Apparently kind vigilant service is only for new customers. "So sorry about your pain... You'll need to see someone else." The building is clean, modern, and has ample parking.
