It’s easy appointment and mostly good experience to me!
1/5 stars isn't low enough. When you book an appointment, you assume it's for a cleaning, but actually its for a consultation. My first appointment, I arrived and spent nearly 45 minutes getting uncomfortable X Rays done because the tech admitted she was new and "didn't know what [she] was doing." I was then told that instead of a cleaning I needed to schedule further appointments. This isn't easy for me to do--at the time I had 2 children under a year and a half old. Professional and caring staff
First of all, I would like to say that Shay and the oral surgeon (I forgot his name) were absolutely amazing! At the conclusion of my first visit, I was told that I would need one filling, and that my upper wisdom teeth would need to be extracted due to decay. I scheduled these procedures for the following week and paid for them. When I arrived at the office for the procedures, I was not given any paperwork.
