The office was understanding about concerns I had and I appreciated that. Dr Mobley was direct and very helpful with her explanation and aftercare for my particular procedure, she was very careful and gentle so I wouldn’t be so soar . I appreciated that as well. I would certainly recommend Dr Mobley and her staff for your dental care.
Paid a deposit for an oral surgeon as required, but Aspen Dental in Cedar Park never called back to schedule my appointment. No response at all—radio silence. Unacceptable customer service and poor handling of patient funds. Avoid if you expect basic follow-through. It feels like poor business practice at best, and potentially misleading. Would definitely not recommend.
Perfect experience with the staff and everyone involved helping me with receiving my newly made dentures. Highly recommend. (1/29/26)
