As someone who's always been scared of the dentist, making this appointment was a big deal for me. I needed an exam and cleaning, but the appointment never even happened. For starters, the office seemed disorganized. I got multiple calls to confirm my appointment, even after I already had done so, and provided my insurance info over the phone.
