I used to be a huge fan of this place but I’m not sure what happened over the past year. They’re not transparent about charges. I feel like no one is being up front with me on how they’re trying to double charge me on work I got done and ALREADY PAID FOR. Their billing support is also out sourced and was no help the multiple times I’ve called. This has now added so much stress on me for almost a year of dealing with this. I can not recommend Aspen Dental. Two years after receiving subpar treatment, I received a bill for $1500 due to a lack of follow through by Aspen with my health insurance provider. They have now sent me to collections when I’ve asked for a manager to contact me, and to have our phone conversations documented and shared for transparency and alignment. Came in with an abscess in excruciating pain. Although they couldn’t remove it today because I needed antibiotics for 3 days first, they numbed me and showed extreme compassion during my visit. It’s been a long time since I’ve had dental care and I was embarrassed but they went above and beyond to make me comparable. Highly recommend.
Tiffany is a wonderful woman with a phenomenal disposition. She calmed my nerves throughout my visit in the best possible way. She deserves more praise than I can give in a review.
