The people at Aspen Dental here in Canandaigua, NY have been super helpful to me. Recently, I received a large bill which seemed like more than I thought I would have to pay. I brought it in and they immediately recognized that my dental insurance had incorrectly classified the procedure. The Aspen Dental people went to bat for me, resubmitted the bill, and argued that I should pay significantly less. They called to reschedule 3 times saying they’d be closed. Why book an appointment then? I told them to cancel after the last time, I’ll find somewhere else to go.
I had an extraction. First ever in my life. I was devistated. But the staff were extremely professional. Zero pain! I’m absolutely impressed!
They were very helpful and answered all my questions aand more.
