I was not aware that the first new patient appointment DID NOT INCLUDE A CLEANING, which was the sole purpose I made this appointment. I scheduled it for 8am so I could head right over to work after (since the appt said it would take 30-60 minutes), and I didn't leave the office until 9:35, making me incredibly late for work.
