Every time I have an appointment that is booked months out, they call me 2-3 days prior and say they have no availability and try to move me to a different week. I plan my trips to Brattleboro and work schedule specifically around these appointments, so it’s truly maddening to have them changed every single time. Paired with the constant sales pitches for upgrades and cosmetic work, I'll be seeking out a new dentist soon.
