Oh My Goodness! I went in Aspen Dental expecting to be turned away, but Hank made sure I had a wonderful experience. From beginning to end was amazing and peaceful. The nurse that too my x-rays was very pleasant and compassionate. The Oral Surgeon was very thoughtful and considerate. The Assistant was very sweet and pleasant. The Hygienist was gentle and very thorough. Ankle Hank the Financial Manager topped it off with the numbers. The staff from top to bottom are fantastic and everyone there goes out of their way to ensure you have a great experience! Highly recommend and i have had both oral surgery and general dentistry as well as dental hygienist at this location
Very happy with my first visit to Aspen. Staff was friendly, professional and made me feel at home. Answered all my questions and relieved any concerns I might have about the procedure. Ultimate sales point was no pressure. They provided information to assist me with my decision.
Berlin, MD location had the rudest girl at the front desk I have ever met in my entire life. She wouldn’t even look at me while she informed me that my appointment was canceled due to be “only” 10 minutes EARLY. I will never step foot back in this place and highly do not recommend
Staff was very kind and found the best ways to help me with my care. Very friendly and a calming environment!
