Everyone at aspen was great very helpful and they go over everything so well step by step and they made me feel very comfortable with my visit
So for starters I came here because my tooth cracked over the weekend and I was looking for 24/7 dentists in my area. Couldn’t find nay but this location was the only one who was willing to see a new patient so soon so I booked the appointment and I couldn’t be happier. Especially for Blanca, when I walked in she was the ONLY person at the front desk for a while but she was moving and making things happened. Experience is definitely 5 stars for everything.
The dentist and staff were very good and attentive. Once the procedure started it went very quickly. Only drawback was the appointment was for 10a.m. And did not see the dentist until 10:45 a.m. just placed in the chair and waited with no explanation.
Bait and switch. Do not bring your family here. As new patients (myself and 3 children) I asked to only have the services covered by insurance. They assured me that all was covered then had me sign a paper stating “ all dues are to be paid before services are completed”. Then when I came back a week later for my one child’s fillings they said I owed over $1000 bc my kids procedures where not actually covered by insurance.
