Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. They went over and above to get what i needed done. My dental went missing(aka dog took it) and i had my sons wedding in three days they worked with me and delivered. They look wonderful
Though friendly front desk staff. I did not like that the iPad was dirty, lots of smudges from previous use. It should be disinfected after each use. Upon my exam, hard to keep my mouth open because saliva was not drained. Pricing is another issue, the financing had to be paid back weekly. If paid monthly then it equals the weekly amount times 4. Crazy high for a senior on a fixed income. It didn’t work for me.
They were phenomenal all around. They really care about their patients and make sure you are comfortable. They also take time to break down treatment plans and cost.
I have a partial denture and one tooth came loose and had to be reattached. No other service needed or requested. Simply reattaching a prosthetic tooth onto a denture. I was informed that I would require X-rays and an exam - all at extra cost - when it was not necessary. A money grab. I have a dentist that I use regularly but he doesn't repair dentures. I had an appointment at Aspen Dental in Bensalem today, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I've had at a dental office. My appointment was at 8:30 AM. I wasn't even brought back for X-rays until 9:38 AM. After that, I sat and waited until 10:51 AM before the dentist finally came in to look at my teeth. That was the entirety of my appointment—X-rays and a quick exam. No cleaning, no fillings, no treatment.
