Everyone was very friendly kind and patient. This was my first visit and everything was explained in clear language and format and everyone was very knowledgeable. I felt well respected and cared for. 3 months later I returned today for a cleaning, and examination of a broken tooth. Cleaning and gum check-up revealed I needed a water power flosser which the Dental Hygienist had one, and sold it to me. Dr.Subhash, DA taran, and Nicola were all incredibly helpful and made my experience as pain free and quick as possible.
All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I’m only giving 4 stars because I waited quite awhile for the dentist to come in after being roomed (which I didn’t mind much, but could be a downside for others) and I had to make a 2nd appointment (I couldn’t get exam and cleaning the same day which is what i expected from past dentists)
They went above and beyond to make my first visit comfortable and welcoming! They are all amazing at their jobs! Truly amazing customer service :)
