Fix your computer system, I made an appointment online and got a text 2 hours before my appointment saying that they overbooked and couldn't get me in until 4 days later! Never even got to go but wouldn't recommend!!!! The person who answered the phone had no sympathy and just said it's not our fault that the computer overbooked.....
Customer service and communication is terrible. The people working there are to busy on their phones to actually interact with customers. The exam rooms are dirty, exam chairs are dirty, equipment is dirty. Using the same gloves to touch equipment and computers then putting their hands in your mouth. They have boxes stored on the floor. The location I went to does not have the ability to offer digital scans for one day dentures. They quoted 3-4 weeks. I left and found a real dentist. This place is just after your money.

The building at the Avon IN location is very shabby inside and gives off bad vibes. It really needs updating. Aspen Dental seems more interested in selling products and procedures than caring about my dental health. The hygienist was overly rough when cleaning my teeth. The staff overall are very friendly.
