Staff are very nice. Procedure went well. It's the wait time. 10 am appointment for x rays and extraction...took 3 hours and change. I was not going to review because I didn't want to 4 star nice people. But every day. 2 times I get the "please review us" email. And the complete our several question survey. That's all corporate. This office doesn't control this, I guess. Nice people...enough with the emails.
The entire staff was excellent and reassuring.
Don’t worry about being on time for your appointment. This location will have you sitting in the waiting area for an hour before taking you. Even if you have pre paid and filled out your information online. They don’t communicate about running behind just felt unprofessional and that they don’t care about your time.
Ms April was very welcoming and pleasant, she made me feel very comfortable aon my vist.
I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I went in expressed my concerns and got some things “checked off” my list the same day! My assistant Briana was wonderful, she made the process easy and smooth, she comforted me the entire time. I can’t remember the Doctors name but she was great and fast as well. She made the process easy to relax through along with a great amount of support from my assistant as well! Ms. Lee is also a sweetheart, i love you all greatly! See you again soon!
