The administrator I spoke with couldn't even get the very clear insurance information correct, telling me my insurance wouldn't cover something. Imagine my surprise when my insurance acted hugely confused when I called them, stating they most certainly would. This doesn't even account for the insanity that is the musical chairs of a waiting room. I had new dentures made spring of last year.. it’s my fourth set so I’m not new to them. The bottom denture was a problem and I went back for several adjustments.. I gave up at some point and thought I would just get used to them. I am now wearing my old lower denture with a new upper one.. not happy with them
They charged me $10K USD for a lot of unnecessary stuffs and the local dentist charged $500 USD. I highly don’t recommend.
