I made an appointment for 9 am on August 7, 2026 for an exam concerning a fractured tooth. When I arrived I was given questions to be completed prior to my exam. After almost completing the questionnaire the receptionist called me over and stated that Aspen had TRIPLE booked the 9 am slot and I could not be seen. I left in disgust and disbelief that this is how Aspen runs their business. Needless to say I will never return there. Stephen Telow

As someone who has REALLY bad dentist anxiety the girls in Auburn were FANTASTIC! They explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable!
This office was extremely helpful with friendly, informative office staff and a willingness to adapt - when there was an immediate cancellation they asked if I could would like a cleaning procedure on the spot instead of having to come back - great!
The surgeon was very informative. The doctor that put my dentures in was top flight. I wish I had had her from the beginning.
