**For new patients only** I made an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient for 8:30 am. I got a phone call the day before confirming my appointment & asking if I could come in at 8:15 am. I told the receptionist that I could try but can’t guarantee it because I have a newborn & I’m nursing. She said it wasn’t a problem & as long as I tried to get there. Incompetence at every turn. First they can't figure out how to file my insurance, it takes both me and them calling my insurance company to figure it out. Never have I, or anyone in my family on the same plan, had such an issue with a dentists office being able to file our insurance. Meanwhile they're asking me if I'm suuureee I have dental coverage. Then I needed a refund for an appointment I cancelled. 3 weeks go by and it hasn't come into my account so I call corporate to see what's going on. Corporate tells me they refun... read more
Scammers. They charged my wife for dental services not actually provided for wisdom teeth removal then claimed they refunded a debit card we do not own. Do not go here.
