Had a bad experience today, thought I had an appointment to take care of my pain but was scheduled for a new patient visit. My appointment was with the medical directors which did not have empathy with my issue. She dismissed my concerns and walk out of the office when speaking with her.I was shocked by her actions I work in medical care and would have addressed the issue differently. Now leaving this office to go to another dental office that will address the issue. The office staff was great but not the provider.
