They call you, (at inconvenient times) texted you, and constantly remind you that you have an 8am appointment. 8 min to 8am and they’re still not open.

Very fine Dentist, did an outstanding job pulling a tooth. No pain afterwards, and all staff was on point
I've been trying for almost 6 months to get the proper pre-authorization form submitted to my insurance. I even provided a form and filled out ½ of it and even provided them with an envelope and still nothing. They never return phone calls. It's really sad, when this office first opened they had good staff and got things done quickly and efficiently.
My wife has been waiting 2 months to have her top denture made. Countless office visits and still not done. We have already made 2 payments. They want to blame my wife by saying she wasn’t happy with denture, but the fact is they said from initial visit the new denture would match old one which it absolutely did not and she just wanted them to be like original as they said they could do.
