I don’t think I have ever left a bad review, until today. My experience with Aspen was awful. I made an appt by calling a week prior to likely some corporate call center as a new patient for 10:15. I was told to arrive for prepaperwork at 10am, which I did. I was not brought back until about 10:45, and which time I had a very unpleasant X-ray experience with a rushed tech who jammed the plastic in my mouth aggressively. Oh well, I’ll be fine. Came in on the 29th for an exam. The front desk was kind and technicians efficient. Dr. Kim was exceptionally professional when examining and speaking to me. The hygienist was brief and very helpful as well. Finally my consultation with the office manager was very informative to wrap up my visit. No complaints. Would recommend.
The staff is great! From the front desk to the dental assistants and dentist themselves. Everyone is welcoming and friendly.
Great team! 100/10 would happily recommend to anyone anxious about the dentist.
