Everyone was so nice and professional. I was very comfortable and well treated.
I didn’t like waiting 2 hours cause I literally would get moved from one room to another and then wait wait wait just to be told my insurance did not cover dentures which does not make sense cause I was going with affordable dentures in Huntington then I moved but they had to get a pre authorization first to know if they paid and they did. So something does not make sense so I guess I need to call my Insurance and see myself which I shouldn’t have to do. But the staff were all very nice.
The people in there where so nice ,and the doctor that checked me out before and after would answer any questions I had ,great ppl all around
I found everyone at Aspen Dental to be friendly and welcoming. The entire staff was quick to greet us and make us feel comfortable. A very good experience. Kathy nebel
