Came in as an emergency with a broken front tooth.. My dog ran right into my face. Dr Hamilton, Marie, all the Ashley’s.. everyone I met was so kind and gentle. I had mentioned that I had a terrible fear of dental work, but I didn’t need to be worried. I felt as if every thing they were doing was explained before and during. I also was asked multiple times throughout the day if I was comfortable and ok. Thank you ladies for calming a big fear and working hard for me today.
Dr Hamilton and Ashley were fabulous for my 4 front teeth crown treatment. Patient, gentle and answered my many questions.
I came in for a cleaning but no cleaning was done. The staff told me that I need "deep cleaning" because of some gum recession that happened almost a decade ago, despite there being no bleeding or inflammation. They refused to clean my teeth and presented me with an "estimate" for over $3,100.00 for this proposed work. I will be finding another dentist. I went there thinking I was getting a dental cleaning like there website offers but all I got was an exam and xrays with a quote for a three thousand dollar cleaning and paid sixty nine dollars! I am a senior citizen. Beware!
