All of the staff was very friendly and informative of the procedures they suggested.
You can't call the Albany Oregon office. I lost my earing so it's gone. I found the office and rooms very dirty. I won't go back. My insurance will not pay for what they said I need done.
They are absolute rip-offs. Wanted 2 grand to yank 2 wisdom teeth, but i was quoted 300 a tooth at a private practice in Harrisburg. There is also several major lawsuits against them fo "false advertising, unlawful corporate control, and privacy violations". They settled a class action lawsuit for 18.7 million in 2025.

Had an appointment with Rachel on Monday the 13th for a cleaning..6 months ago had a deep cleaning. Rachel is literally the best hygienist ive ever had in my 61 years! So informative, so gentle & so efficient! Shes my hygienist!
