Pleasant surprise. Truth is I liked Aspen Dental better than my “local” dentist. Maybe the employer is national but the employees are all locals and it has a real friendliness feel. You have an emergency- they’ll work you in but still charge you a reasonable fee. There are some standout employees like front desk, X-ray tech and payment counselor. Dr. Lulu knows her stuff.
I absolutely love coming here!!! Meggan the office manager is incredibly talented! She is never stationary, every time I have come in she is everywhere in and out of all the rooms!! She even made my dentures! I was difficult and she had so much patience with me! She never got frustrated with me, she just smiles and says there is nothing I can’t fix! When I told her I was leaving a review for her, she said to not leave one for her but for any other staff member that stood out to me!! THAT IS A TRUE LEADER RIGHT THERE! I don’t... read more
