I have never been so rudely treated by a business in my life! Made an appointment for a free consultation and they would not talk to me until I had a x-ray. Did they not see that it had been sometime since I had been there when they pulled my records to make the appointment? Did they not hear me when I had said I had to pay to get my former x-rays and that they were not on file? The staff at this location is terrible. They do not care about the patients at all, they are only about making money. I had a tooth pulled, 2 weeks, 3 return visits, and 1 er visit later, I still had pain because all he told me to take was ibuprofen, I had a serious infection because the dentist did not give me antibiotics when the tooth was first pulled, which ended up as an abcess that had to be lanced and drained.
