So very disappointed in the lack of compassion at this practice. After hitting my precious Aspen's corroded artery and causing him to have a seizure after I called them out for colic, barely 24 hrs later the vet called me feigning concern and immediately after I told her I had just had to euthanize my precious family member of 21 years, she responded by telling me my credit card on file was expired. I cannot even put into words how hurtful it was to realize all they really cared about was getting paid-\-\and apparently paid ... read more
