I am extremely disappointed with the way this property management handles security deposit refunds. I was expecting my $800 deposit minus utility costs, but instead, I received only $121.93 with no explanation of additional deductions. I emailed a week ago and called to follow up, and the property manager promised a response by the end of the day—but I’ve been completely ignored for over a week. This level of poor communication and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when it comes to money that tenants are owed.... read more
I would give this place zero stars if I could, My friend and I went there on Wednesday, February 26th to tour an apartment. We were informed that the apartment is not ready to tour yet, we just talked pricing and we rescheduled to tour the apartment today which is Friday, February 28th, we scheduled the tour for 2:00 pm. The door is locked with a sign saying will return at 2:00. We figure they are just running a little bit late from lunch. No big deal stuff happens, my friend and I sat there for 45 minutes.
