I am extremely disappointed with the way this property management handles security deposit refunds. I was expecting my $800 deposit minus utility costs, but instead, I received only $121.93 with no explanation of additional deductions. I emailed a week ago and called to follow up, and the property manager promised a response by the end of the day—but I’ve been completely ignored for over a week. This level of poor communication and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially when it comes to money that tenants are owed.... read more
