Communication not honest here when visited. We were told that they would repaint apartment regardless and that typical nail holes and wear and tear were normal. Of our $900 deposit we were charged $957 all of which stemmed from misc $10 per charge. The charges are borderline criminal. As the tenants mother, who moved him out myself, and cleaned the apartment so I know exactly how it was could have eaten off the bathroom floor.
