Aspen Court is most the most beautiful , clean, well maintained apartment complex my family have ever dwelled. Above all, we have Geri, a wonderful resident manager who always devoted to help her tenants. we remembered when first moved in we had a quite complicated issue with the suite but she did go out of her way to help resolve to our satisfaction!! thank you again ! Geri tommy thang trinh.

I had previously lived in Redwood Court for 10+ years. I decided to move back to Edmonton and contacted Geri Winton requesting a 2 bedroom suite. I had dealt with Geri when we previously lived at Redwood and decided to come back to Boardwalk mainly because of her. Geri is very friendly and accommodating. She goes above and beyond to assist tenants. I moved into Aspen Court on October 15th and the move was made easy with the help of Geri. I have lived at Aspen Court for the past 3.5 years and I must say, our building manager Geri Winton is one of best. She works tirelessly on behalf of the tenants here, promotes a strong sense of community, and models what it means to be a leader within a community. She takes pride in our shared home and is one of the kindest, most generous humans I know. Boardwalk is truly lucky to have her, and I'm grateful for everything she does. Here's to you, Geri!
