I have lived at Aspen Court for the past 3.5 years and I must say, our building manager Geri Winton is one of best. She works tirelessly on behalf of the tenants here, promotes a strong sense of community, and models what it means to be a leader within a community. She takes pride in our shared home and is one of the kindest, most generous humans I know. Boardwalk is truly lucky to have her, and I'm grateful for everything she does. Here's to you, Geri!
I live here in Aspen court for the last 5 years with my family and we really like it always clean and safe.I am especially grateful for Geri in the office she took above and beyond. I always felt like she cared about me as a tenant means so much. Thanks for being the best.
I am very pleased with how clean and updated the apartment is. The Geri is very kind, accommodating, and friendly. I am very excited to call Aspen Court home.
Lived here in Aspen Courts almost 4 years and enjoy my time. Always promt response for maintenence repairs, clean and safe buildings inside and out. Park and ravine right here too. Gerri in the office is so sweet and always takes time to help. 10/10 recommend
