I have a large sign on my front door that clearly states NO SOLICITATION and DO NOT PLACE ANYTHING ON MY HOUSE. They opened the door with this signage to leave a solicitation on my house. Are you kidding me? SMH.
David Maynard with Aspen contracting, came out and done a full property assessment. He gave me a photo report of all the damage that he found. Once I filed the claim, he met with my insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was overlooked. After he got the approval from the adjuster, materials were dropped the next day and the job was completed the day after! Working with Aspen has been great. I had some minor wind damage on one of my properties a few years ago in CO Springs and they took care of the issue. Since then they have completed a new construction roof for me and have replaced a few roofs for my friends.
I live in Colorado Springs, we've had major hail damage this summer and was recommended Aspen. worst mistake we have ever made. Job is still not complete and they are sending their "project manager" over tomorrow to address my concerns. Insurance is replacing our roof and all gutters etc. Not even sure where to begin. 1st Dennis lied to us and told us they would be adding a roof vent, they never did.
