Very sweet staff and they take great care of you! :)
The front staff here are amazing, super organized, and always here to answer my insurance questions. They go above and beyond to explain my benefits and make everything easy to understand. They work with my busy schedule, and it’s a relief that there are no cancellation fees since I’m always on the go. The doctor, assistants, and therapists are fantastic, which explains why they book up so quickly, but even then, the front staff is on top of letting me know if a sooner opening or massage cancellation do become available whic... read more
Dr Youval is an incredible but the front office staff is very unorganized and dismissive. Appointments are offered and changed last minute with no clear communication. This office needs a set protocol to follow and would be doing much better.
