I lived at this location for over 3 years to afford to be in a better location and it was one of the worst decisions of my life. Staff and maintenance are routinely useless. Anytime you speak to anyone in the office after signing your lease they are confrontational and hostile all well managing to accomplish nothing and help you in no way whatsoever. my ac unit is broken. With the toxic air quality I'm forced to either be in a 92° 3rd floor apartment or open the windows to toxic air conditions. I was promised a portable ac unit at 3 pm, said I would have it by 6. Its now 11 pm and nothing has been resolved. I have 2 children and heart issues myself, this is a dangerous safety concern, and morally unacceptable as a 5 year resident.
The maintenance team member ,Gabe Hawkins is the best. Today he's gone over and beyond to help us fix our AC unit that has been giving problems for more than a month and a half, and the leaking toilet , also helped us when we complained it needs fixing ASAP and he went the extra mile working late trying to solve the matter for us as we can't leave the AC off in the summer we be boiling in here. Thanks Gabe! Your work is neat please come back when we have another maintenence request !
Hi, I am a resident at Aspen Chase and i had absolutely the best service from Casey and Tim. If there is any issue or information you need Casey Is delightful to speak to and a great help really good service. Tim is a professional and sorted a problem i had out within a few minutes also very time efficient shoes up exactly when he said he would. Both these staff members have given me exceptional service. I would like to recognize Gabe Hawkins of the McKinney maintenance team for his outstanding service and dedication. Gabe responded after hours while on call to repair my air conditioning unit during extremely hot weather. Thanks to his expertise and commitment, he quickly restored the AC and made a significant difference.
