These apartments are very old with a lot of problems ranging from consistent plumbing issues which result in unannounced water/hot water outages, general disrepair of apartments...peeling paint, no ceiling fans, poor lighting, no bathroom sink fixtures/cabinetry. The residents are about a 50/50 mix between quite respectable neighbors and obnoxiously loud families full of disrespectful unsupervised children and teenagers that terrorize the complex.
The manager Denise is very friendly and explains things thoroughly. The apartments themselves are about a 4 out of ten. the carpet is a very dingy brown, the faux wood floors look old and dull, and there are some minor repairs and major landscaping that needs to be done. I lived here for 6 months. I believe it is a bit overpriced for what its worth. Something was wrong with the gas pipes here and we went without gas for about 2 weeks with no compensation.
