Sam responds promptly to email and sends appointment reminders. He arrived at the scheduled time for our consult. He is professional, knowledgeable and gave us helpful education about EAB and tree care during times of drought stress. Highly recommend.

We have a maple tree in our back that was damaged in one of our wind storms last fall. It has a pretty good size crack in the trunk and we were hoping to save it rather than cut it down. I checked with a local greenhouse and they recommend Sam. I called him and he was able to come right over. He is very knowledgeable about trees to say the least. He looked at our tree and unfortunately it cannot be saved. I believe if there was any way to save it he would have known about it. I highly recommend him for tree advice.
