I wish I could say I had the 5 star experience other reviewers have listed, but I did not. Our lender requested an appraisal for a pending re-finance on a home purchased in Millcreek just shy of 2 years ago. The home appraised for (and was purchased at) $1,600,000 in 2019. With the pandemic, unemployment, and interest rate changes, it became necessary to re-finance.
