Aspen Aire is a company with Quality People who truly care about their customers! My whole experience with them is above 5 stars but I have to give a big shout out to Alex. He was fantastic to work with & made everything go forward without a hitch! I had no heat in my house, I knew I was going to need to replace my furnace, especially with the frigid cold my house was beginning to become an icebox for my kids and I. Of course, all our HVAC systems always seems to give us headaches during the worst times. Mine was giving me issues off and on and I finally made the call. To be honest, I have always had an issue with mechanics, salesman and residential contractors. Call it a trust issue I guess. But, going off my sister-in-law's recommendation, I called Aspen Aire. Aspen Aire was referred to us. Carla answered the phone. Wow, she was very helpful and went through all the details of our service call. Your service man, Eric, called us to notify us he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very polite, took his shoes off to work in our home. Very knowledgeable on our new equipment, He fixed the problem, explained the programing of the thermostat and furnace. He also explained a service contract for our equipment and this eliminated a service charge and set us up for summer and fall in... read more
