Recently placed a service call on a Sunday after my AC was acting up. After the call was placed, the service tech called me within 10 minutes touching base, then was onsite in under an hour. Superb response time and great customer service!
Today was my first time using Aspen Aire and I was very impressed with their service. We recently moved into a home and the previous owners had used Aspen Aire (I have never been wow'd by any other company, so I thought I'd give them a try) Chad was our service tech and he was very kind, thorough and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer. High five Chad!!
Our geothermal system went out a couple of weeks ago…during a heat advisory. Craig was great to work with and found us a path forward to fixing the system quickly. Eric came out and did an awesome job of fixing the system and keeping us updated on how things were progressing. I will be calling Aspen next time I need something HVAC related.
Response time, pricing, and willingness to answer questions… Aspen Air is the complete package. My wife and I will be using them for as long as we are in Des Moines!
Scheduling an appointment is impossible. Get calls from random numbers. Only number they tell you call is a messaging system and not an actual person who can help. Call me before they open but will only take a message if I call. Terrible customer service.
