Chad Carr did a fantastic job diagnosing our AC issue today! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are waiting on a part from Carrier to finish the repair, but overall I would highly recommend!

Chad was the initial technician who helped me and he was extremely nice and helped me with initial issue. He even added notes to make sure I was taken care of in the future if a further issue arises. At about 11pm I found out my thermostat had an issue so I reached out at midnight and wasn’t able to get into contact with the person on call but the supervisor, Craig, reached out to me at 2:40am.
